Ingredients
In the box: 1 pouch of Nattokinase 10,000 FU and 1 pouch of Vitamin D3 + K2 Softgels, 120 softgels each.
Nattokinase, per serving: nattokinase 10,000 FU, serrapeptase 18,000 SPU, bromelain 2,400 GDU/g, CoQ10 100 mg, turmeric curcumin 100 mg, ginger root extract 50 mg and black pepper extract 5 mg, in MCT oil from coconut. Contains soy and tree nuts (coconut).
Vitamin D3 + K2: vitamin D3 10,000 IU and vitamin K2 (MK-7) 200 mcg, in organic coconut oil.

How to take
Nattokinase: 3 softgels a day with a glass of water.
Vitamin D3 + K2: one softgel every two days, with a meal that contains some fat.
Who it's for
Adults who want an enzyme blend and vitamins in one routine. Nattokinase can affect blood clotting, and vitamin K can interact with blood thinners: if you take blood thinners or other medication, have a bleeding disorder or surgery coming up, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first. 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 is a high dose, so do not add other vitamin D without advice.
